LaQuasha Jefferson of Cassatt, SC is an Alpha Leader for Newberry College this summer. Alpha Leaders, accompany incoming students throughout the orientation process. As an Alpha Leader, their role is to ensure that students get the most out of their orientation experience, that they feel comfortable on campus and get all of their questions answered. Having a current student as their guide helps the incoming class feel more comfortable and willing to answer questions they might not be comfortable asking of administrators. -
