Nurse Ribbon Recipients
2015 Oct 19
As part of the first semester's chapel service at Newberry College, 22 senior nursing students were presented with a ribbon during the Wednesday service. Betsy McDowell, chair of the college's nursing program, commented that there are two purposes for the ribbons. The first is the students' celebration for the completion of their first year and the start of their final year. The second purpose is to emphasize to everyone the nursing curriculum mainstays and what the curriculum is based on.
